The Vega Pod & Rail CNC Machine.
The Vega is the workhorse for joiners and component manufacturers. It comes in a range of five sizes from 2.5 metres up to a 6 metre long model ideally suited for stair production. It has 10 independently controlled face drills, a grooving saw in the X direction, drills all 4 sides and has a 9Kw HSD router head complete with linear tool changer. With its 9kW HSK F63 connection, the state-of-the-art spindle motor allows you to get excellent results in your routing applications, including 3D machining. The Vega Ultra Pod & Rail CNC Machine
The Vega Ultra is the latest edition to the range. In addition to all the standard spec of the Vega, this machine boasts additional features to increase productivity and efficiency. It has a double bed of 300mm in the Z-axis versus the 200mm bed in the Vega. It has a Linear Tool Change unity with 14 tool changes (8 in Vega) to minimise interruption for tool change and increase potential processes within a single application. Finally it has a increased processing speed from 70 m/min to 90/min The Vega Ultra guarantees high performance for your woodworking applications. It provides optimum processing for creative results and high level usage. It can be used for door, window, furniture, kitchen and bathroom equipment applications. . The generously equipped machine is available with different bed sizes and can work as either a single or multi zone machine for enhanced productivity.

The Vega CNC router has a dedicated double ended horizontally mounted router head to cut the mortise for the lock and recess for the hinges. Our software application gives final sizing, mortising for the lock, recessing for the hinges with cut outs for spy holes, letterboxes and vision panels as required.
